Santee Cooper Country is a regional destination marketing commission promoting tourism, recreation and economic development for the counties of Berkeley, Clarendon, Calhoun, Orangeburg and Sumter. These five counties surround the famous Santee Cooper lakes, Marion and Moultrie. We are known for freshwater fishing, including local, regional and national tournaments, recreational and tournament golfing, waterfront camping and recreational, league and tournament tennis.
