The South Carolina Sports Alliance is proud to launch the inaugural Top Sports Moments recognition program. This annual initiative celebrates standout achievements in sports and sports tourism across the state, honoring the events, venues, organizations, and individuals who elevate South Carolina's sports landscape and strengthen our communities.

For the inaugural year, nominations will be open for sports accomplishments that take place between December 1, 2024 and November 30, 2025. Multiple nominees will be selected based on the quality and depth of submissions.

Honorees will be recognized at the South Carolina Governor's Conference on Tourism and Travel, taking place February 9–11, 2026 in Myrtle Beach.
